Die Lage und Aussicht. Das Appartment wir von einem Verwalter vor Ort betreut ich konnte bei allen Fragen jemanden per Mail oder persönlich im Büro erreichen. Schön wäre es wenn in der Unterkunft 2 Klappstühle vorhanden wären dann könnte man sich auf der Promenade hinsetzen bei dem fantastischen Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung besitzt 2 Ausgänge einmal zur Promenade und zur Altstadt direkt. Der Strand Lido ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen vobei ich lieber mit dem Stadtbus für 1 Euro zu Pia Maria gefahren bin. Beim Lidobeach gibt es ein Abwasserkanal der nicht besonders riecht. Die Straße VIA Cavour weiter hoch zum Anfang befinder sich das Restaurant Mabrouk dort bekommt man ein Menü mit 5 Vorspeisen und 2 Hauptspeisen incl. Getränke für 55 Euro. Das Menü ist festgelegt und nur Fischgerichte (alles was im Wasser lebt :).
Die Wohnung ist kleiner als auf dem Foto erscheint, aber wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt. Wir waren ja auch viel unterwegs. Für 2 Personen ausreichend.

Posizione fantastica, appartamento confortevole e ben arredato, dotato di tutto il necessario. La vista dalla finestra è impagabile.

Amazing location, couldn’t ask for a better view. The air conditioner was amazing, place comfortable and had everything you’d need. Especially loved the washing machine!
Noise from the street could be heard but luckily the air conditioner drowned out most noise, except for the woman in the apartment above walking around in high heels at 1am which woke me up. The shower needs a deep scrub.
