Arc de San Martí

We only stayed here for one night however we cannot speak highly enough of this place. It was so clean and well presented. Mari the host had thought of every little detail that would make your stay more perfect, from the breakfast pack to all the amenities and the superb styling, there was nothing that needed changing. Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property in Alghero.

The apartment is so cozy, it was created with great love. The bed is very comfortable and so is the shower (though maybe a little small). Fluffy towels, a stocked refrigerator, food, gifts; it was all too wonderful! Communication with the host went great, it was all very clear and prompt. Self check-in was really easy.

The airconditioning is very noisy and it just barely keeps the room cool (it’s a mobile unit). There was a sewer smell in the bathroom, but was okay with the door closed.

Sehr schönes und stilvolles Apartment. Die Kommunikation mit Mari war hervorragend. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und an dem Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Von Check-In bis Check-Out alles bestens!

If you’re looking for a bright, spacey flat with a great view don’t book this place. This is a super nice decorated mini-flat cozy as a well kept hide-away. But it is on the first floor , behind a small wooden door in an old building with a low ceiling and only a tiny window. The “view” is the house on the opposite side of the alley. Not for those seeking a grand sea-view or an outlook over the fantastic old town. But it’s 100% clean, extremely well equipped and stylish with a very generous and friendly atmosphere. Location is superb. Close to the sea-front and all the lovely piazzas and restaurants. The host is phenomenal: communicative, quick and attentive.

The bed is unfortunately rather low quality. Noise from the alley outside is part of the experience (but don’t expect to get a long restful nights sleep).
