About this apartment rental
Small apartment in the heart of the historic center, on two levels, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the place.
It is located in a small building, everything has been designed to create a refined environment enhancing the characteristic of the place.
With the renovation, quality materials have been used, both in the floors and in the finishes; the mezzanine is in wood and its finishes are in wrought iron.
What characterizes it is the completely wooden roof, with its characteristic beams.
The furniture recalls the Sardinian style, like the old local furniture.
The windows overlook a quiet street that leads directly to the Bastioni and the sea.
The apartment has all the comforts: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, small kitchen appliances and wi-fi.
The historic center of Alghero has a particular charm for its historical beauty and proximity to the sea. The medieval walls offer a magnificent spectacle of Capo Caccia, even sitting in one of the many restaurants open from April to October.
Alghero, the oldest city in Sardinia, a place of fusion between Sardinian and Catalan culture, is the ideal destination to visit splendid beaches such as Maria Pia, Lazzaretto, Bombarde, Mugoni, Stintino and Asinara in summer; in the winter season it is the starting point to immerse yourself in a path made of millenary traditions to discover the ancient knowledge of the hinterland communities.

Since there is no lift, it is not recommended for people who have difficulty facing stairs.

The apartment is conveniently located in the historic old town area of Alghero, near lots of lovely restaurants. Bus stops are 5 -10 minutes walk away which will take you to some lovely beaches, the airport or further afield to other nearby towns.
Antonella, the apartment owner was extremely helpful providing in advance many suggestions for where to go and what we could do during our stay.
We were met on our arrival by Valeria who showed us around the apartment and how everything worked. Both were in contact with us during our stay to ensure that everything was going well.
The apartment itself is perfectly contained, and has everything you’d need for a wonderful stay.

This small, but perfectly formed apartment is in a great location in the old town. Within a few metres of restaurants, shops and the sea front. Please be aware that due to it being on the top floor of a very old building, there are 35 very steep steps to reach the apartment which was quite a workout with our suitcases, however once inside it was worth the climb! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and everything you could think of was provided. The communication with Atonella from the moment we booked until our delayed arrival was excellent and Valeria was very keen to be sure we had everything we needed once we were there. We really appreciated that they were kind enough to let us have a late check out as our flight was quite a late departure. Thank you ladies! We would recommend this apartment for your stay in Alghero.
