About this apartment rental
Small apartment in the heart of the historic center, on two levels, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the place.
It is located in a small building, everything has been designed to create a refined environment enhancing the characteristic of the place.
With the renovation, quality materials have been used, both in the floors and in the finishes; the mezzanine is in wood and its finishes are in wrought iron.
What characterizes it is the completely wooden roof, with its characteristic beams.
The furniture recalls the Sardinian style, like the old local furniture.
The windows overlook a quiet street that leads directly to the Bastioni and the sea.
The apartment has all the comforts: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, small kitchen appliances and wi-fi.
The historic center of Alghero has a particular charm for its historical beauty and proximity to the sea. The medieval walls offer a magnificent spectacle of Capo Caccia, even sitting in one of the many restaurants open from April to October.
Alghero, the oldest city in Sardinia, a place of fusion between Sardinian and Catalan culture, is the ideal destination to visit splendid beaches such as Maria Pia, Lazzaretto, Bombarde, Mugoni, Stintino and Asinara in summer; in the winter season it is the starting point to immerse yourself in a path made of millenary traditions to discover the ancient knowledge of the hinterland communities.

The bed and bath linen are washed at very high temperatures and disinfected.
The Municipality of Alghero has imposed tax payments for tourist accommodation.

Alghero has a door-to-door waste collection service. Before Check-out the cooking area must be clean and the garbage disposed of correctly.
Since there is no lift, it is not recommended for people who have difficulty facing stairs.

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben.Die Kommunikation,sowohl mit Antonella als auch mit Valeria,war einwandfrei und sehr unkompliziert.Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt und alles ist fussläufig erreichbar...d.h.,dass ein Auto nicht zwingend nötig ist.

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è molto accogliente e si trova esattamente nel cuore di Alghero, bellissima cittadina sarda. Ci sono però delle cose che a mio avviso andrebbero riviste. La casa è pulita, fatta eccezione per l’angolo cucina. Abbiamo trovato pentolame incrostato, coltelli dai manici arrugginiti, cassetto portaposate sporco. Inoltre durante la vacanza ci sono stati diversi problemi con l’acqua calda e la corrente elettrica che hanno causato notevoli disagi.
Poi, l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un edificio antico. Le scale sono molto strette e alte quindi faticose anche per le persone più agili e soprattutto nel momento in cui bisogna portare su valigie o spesa.
Ultimo appunto negativo: vicino all’abitazione c’è un ristorante. La sera (fino a tardi) è un continuo rumore di piatti, vociferare di persone, schiamazzi quindi o si chiude la finestra e si accede il condizionatore o non si dorme. Quest’ultima opzione è del tutto impossibile poiché il condizionatore è posto in modo tale che il getto di aria fredda colpisce chi si trova sul letto.
Ultimo consiglio: cercate di far combaciare la fine delle vostre vacanze con il ritiro della spazzatura altrimenti prima di partire vi verrà richiesto di andare all’isola ecologica per buttare gli ultimi rifiuti che ovviamente non mancano mai.
