New Owners 😊 Newly remodeled Duplex. This coastal themed Duplex is within walking distance to local tubing outfitters, Historic Downtown New Braunfels shopping and entertainment. You'll be near Wurstfest, Landa Park, Schlitterbahn, and other city attractions. This Duplex comes fully furnished with linens and toiletry items. Larger Parties can rent both sides of this Duplex for fun large gatherings. To rent the other side, search property #3294007.
Limited to 4 parking spots due to city ordinance. Please bring your own Charcoal and fluid. Enjoy!

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-day stay in New Braunfels! The house was exactly as described and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and fun board games. The location is absolutely ideal for tubing on the Comal River. Even better, the tubing rental is right next door, which made things incredibly convenient, and Veronica even secured a discount for us! Communication with Veronica was incredibly smooth from start to finish. She was a fantastic host and even thoughtfully let us know about the local July 4th fireworks. As a delightful bonus, we had a few deer visit the front of the house every evening. All in all, it was a great stay, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Veronica is the perfect hostess!! Our family had a blast by the river and made great memories. The location is perfect for tubing, dining, and outings— we took advantage of everything the town had to offer including the outlet malls. When we come back, I will definitely check here first! Thank you, Veronica, for making us feel right at home!
