About this apartment rental
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, double balcony. Fresh and fun themed bedrooms. Queen in Primary bedroom, Queen in secondary, Queen with Twin and Trundle in third bedroom. Full Sofa Sleeper in living room. There are four (4) flat-screen TV's, one BluRay player, with free WiFi and DirecTV. Full size kitchen equipped for cooking and entertaining. First floor with elevator access. Combo washer/dryer for winter Texans. Come relax and enjoy. 1126 SF. No Smoking. No Pets.

If you are looking for the perfect Comal River vacation rental, you have come to the right place! River Run Rental Management is the only ON-SITE rental manager for River Run Condos. Our Comal River vacation condos have views of the Comal River, the riverside pool, hot tub, and are within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels, TX.
*NOTE - Monthly (30+ Nights) stays will be charged a $250 Refundable Damage Deposit. Please know that this will be added once your reservation has been submitted. You will receive an email with instructions for payment of the Deposit once your reservation has been fully processed.
~What To Bring~
Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment. We place two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and two trash bags in the kitchen, some dish soap and small bars of bath soap; be sure to bring additional supplies you may need.
***Note- You will need to bring clean up and river towels. Our towels are for bathing purposes only. We do NOT offer towel exchange. Stained/torn linens are subject to damage deposit.
Towels- You will be given 10 towels for your stay. Towels are for bathing use only. Please bring any extras you may need for the pool or river.
~Rules of the Condominium Complex~
Wristbands required on property.
No Walk In Guests allowed. Only guests with wristbands are allowed on property.
No BBQ grills or cookers allowed to be brought on premises or on the balcony (per fire code.)
No fireworks or bonfires per city ordinance.
QUIET TIME - 11 pm. Quiet time includes condos, balconies, grounds, pool and parking lot.
All vehicles must have River Run specific Parking Tags - Condo # and expiration date required.
No life guards on duty. Swimming at individual risk.
Hallways, corridors and stairwells should not be blocked by carts, tubes, ice chests, etc. - per fire code.
Pool furniture is not to be removed from gated pool area.
Luggage carts to be returned to ground floor after use.
No glass objects allowed in the river area grounds or in pool area.
Pool Hours: 9 am - 11 pm. Pool may be closed from time to time for emergency maintenance.
No Subletting permitted.

Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Only suggestion is a few more bath towels and hand towels in each bathroom. Perfect location for Wurstfest.

This spot is super convenient to down town. The pool is nice being right next to the river. It’s much more low key being up river from most of the tubing places. I good place to take the family. The only issue we saw was the floor of the condo was pretty dirty. Everything else was clean and presentable. Over all, great place!

The furniture and beds were not at all comfortable. The kitchen and hall bath were not clean.
