WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
OTHER NOTES:
-Parking is covered and may not be suitable for oversized SUV's/Trucks
Beam height is 6' 3" x 8' 4" wide
-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-Only 2 parking passes allowed
-The Community Pool is open April 1 through October (weather permitting)

We were there in April - quiet and peaceful. Condo was very nice, beds and pillows were comfortable. Great views from living area and master bedroom. Would definitely recommend.

This condo had everything, super clean, comfortable beds, great ocean views from the living room windows and the master bedroom and screened in porch. The location was perfect! Great quiet stretch of beach only a few steps from the condo. The condo complex is also not located on a busy road, but it close to a lot of great food and entertainment options. Can’t recommend Emerald Isle or this condo highly enough!

Great location and amazing views of the ocean. Property could use some TLC and better cleaning. Pillows were stained under pillow case, sofa smelled terrible like body oils, there was no hand soap, dishwashing detergent or other cleaning products although we were asked to clean dishes etc. overall the views made it a good place but working with spectrum properties left customer service needs unmet.
