The living room features a sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The condo features sliding glass doors leading out to a private balcony with panoramic ocean views.
The kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, that makes meal prep a breeze—whether you’re cooking for two or a crowd. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, direct balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. A second bedroom and full guest bath provide plenty of space for family or guests.
This well-maintained condominium complex offers convenient elevator access, making every level easily reachable. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and direct beach access.
Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the balcony, taking a dip in the pool, or enjoying a sunset stroll along the shoreline, this oceanfront condo offers the ultimate blend of comfort and leisure.
**Each unit is limited to two parking passes. If additional parking is needed for visitors or extra vehicles, parking may be available through the Beacon's Reach HOA for $50 per week. Guests may also rent a boat slip during their stay (this is an additional fee). Boat slip rentals are coordinated through the marina. The preferred method of contact is by email. Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties for contact information.**
BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sleeper Sofa
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Parking is covered and may not be suitable for oversized SUV's/Trucks

We’ve been renting at The Breakers for a decade. C32 is by far the most nicely decorated and with comfortable furniture and adequate lighting.

Great location if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. Good access to the beach. The pictures are accurate with the views of the ocean from the room. Enjoyed sitting on the deck eating dinner in the screened in section. Plenty of room in the condo. Fully equipped kitchen which was great for fixing meals. Overall really loved the place the only suggesting is an update to the window treatments. For someone who is bothered by light at night it was a little hard to sleep but I figured it out. I would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others.

The view is unbelievable. Beach access was easy to get to. The condo was adorable, roomy, clean and well stocked. We really had such a great time. Thank you!
