This is an end unit, closest to the beach with outstanding ocean views in either direction. This is truly one of kind condo with a larger living area & bedrooms. Lots of your room for your family!
Access to beach is literally 55 steps and the pool is 40 front steps from the front door!. Parking is convenient and covered area directly at front door. You will receive 2 parking passes and they must stay on vehicles at all times.
PLEASE NOTE: CHARCOAL GRILLS ARE NOT PERMTTED AT THIS COMPLEX, PER THE HOA.

4th Bedroom/Beach Room - 2 Single Beds with a Den. There is a door to a private deck with direct access to the beach.
Ground Level: Walk into a convenient full bathroom bathroom and laundry facility on this level
No more than a total of 8 people, including children, shall be able to occupy a rental unit.
PLEASE NOTE: IF ANY GROUP OF MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE IS OCCUPYING THIS PROPERTY, THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND!
All rates are subject to a departure cleaning, linen and reservation fee, 12.75% sales tax and a $79.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.

2. Security Deposit - $1,000 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

We have been spending 1-2 weeks in Pine Knoll Shores every summer for almost 40 years. This is one of the best places we have rented to date and we highly recommend it. Every room is updated and is spacious. We were there 2 weeks this past July and may rent again next year. We have family in Morehead so this allows us to spend time with them. Be aware that the HOA does not allow visitors to use the pool subject to fines - this is the only restriction that may cause us to rent at another location.
