Welcome to Ocean Grove J2, a tranquil retreat nestled in the private community of Ocean Grove at Beacon's Reach. This oceanfront condo offers four bedrooms, three with private baths and balconies, ideal for accommodating the whole family in comfort and style.
Step into beach living at its finest with open living spaces and abundant natural light that showcase stunning views of the sea and sky. The generously sized kitchen, dining room, and living room create a perfect setting for gatherings and celebrations.
The unit reflects the simplicity of beach living with an interior design that complements its best feature; the breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy community amenities such as tennis courts, a secluded swimming pool, and direct access to the pristine beach just steps away.
Explore nearby attractions such as the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, and local shops and dining spots, ensuring there's plenty to do and explore during your coastal getaway. Ocean Grove J2 embodies the essence of coastal living, where relaxation and adventure await amidst the beauty of Pine Knoll Shores.
**Each unit is limited to two parking passes. If additional parking is needed for visitors or extra vehicles, parking may be available through the Beacon's Reach HOA for $50 per week. The HOA office is located at 510 Salter Path Road, off of Beacon Reach Drive. Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties for the HOA office contact information.
Guests may also rent a boat slip during their stay (this is an additional fee). Boat slip rentals are coordinated through the marina. The preferred method of contact is by email. Please contact Spectrum Rental Properties for contact information.**
BED CONFIGURATIONS:
3 Queen Beds and 3 Twin Beds
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

Location was nice, upper deck small, lots of stairs, nice having 4 bathrooms, kitchen sparse and galley size.

Ice maker did not work… had to buy ice every 2 days… Vanity light in the MB was not working properly
