The primary bedroom features a king bed, desk, private balcony, and updated en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms offer varied accommodations, from a king bed with balcony to a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Lucky Enough offers beach access steps away, along with amenities like tennis courts, pools, and nearby attractions such as the NC Aquarium and Fort Macon State Park. If additional parking is needed for visitors or extra vehicles, parking may be available through the Beacon's Reach HOA for $50 per week. Guests may also rent a boat slip during their stay (this is an additional fee). Boat slip rentals are coordinated through the marina. The preferred method of contact is by email. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
