Professionally decorated with a classic coastal style, the home is designed for families who want plenty of space to be together while still having comfortable places to retreat throughout the day.
OCEANFRONT LIVING + PRIVATE POOL
The 15' x 35' private pool sits between the home and the ocean, with direct boardwalk access from the pool deck to the beach.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee.
Covered and open decks off the main living area provide plenty of outdoor space for ocean breezes, afternoon sunsets, and dining outside.
SLEEPING + BATHROOM DETAILS
Roosevelt Oceanfront Escape features 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms.
Bedding includes:
3 King bedrooms
1 bedroom with a Double bed and Double bunk
1 bunk room with 2 bunk beds, each with a Single over Double configuration
Three King primary suites are located on the top floor and each includes a private bathroom and Smart TV.
Two of the King suites are oceanfront and share a covered deck, while the third offers ocean views.
Premier linens are included, with beds made for your arrival.
KITCHEN + GATHERING SPACE
The spacious main living level features a large kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for preparing meals for the group.
The living area opens onto both covered and open decks, keeping the ocean close even when everyone is gathered inside.

It is rare that a rental house exceeds expectations - this one did just that! From the moment you walk into the house the views of the Atlantic take your breath away. The tall windows and doors invite natural night to flow throughout the house. The home is well appointed with comfortable furniture, plenty of bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs, along with a few beach toys. And, the outdoor spaces are filled with wonderful couches and chairs that invite you to spend time enjoying the fresh ocean air. The game room on the lower level was a nice space for kids to have their own getaway. Garages were a bonus which made unloading cars and placing groceries / luggage onto elevator simple. Little things like soap in all the bathrooms, dish detergent and laundry detergent made it easy to move right in. A experience.

We celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday here in January. The house is gorgeous and we loved the location. We arrived just after a snowstorm which was unique and fun. House was clean with bed linens and towels available. Appliances all worked and location is convenient to stores and restaurants in Atlantic Beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well-appointed and spacious. The elevator is a huge plus, particularly for getting luggage (and aging parents) to the third floor. That said, we did encounter a few issues: (1) Location of entrance keypad needs to be better communicated, as the door with the keypad wasn’t easily found. Huge shout out to Larry from maintenance who helped us get in! (2) Door alarms were not properly installed so you can press bypass button on your way out but not on your way in, thus setting off the alarm every time. Extremely annoying. Contractor should really be made to come back and install correctly. (3) TV system ended a day early. (4) They do not offer any real amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) which I’ve had at other properties and personally consider to be a best practice. Something for the owners to consider in the future. We flew in from Texas so not easy to bring that with us. All of this to say that we still very much enjoyed our stay!

My stay was a relaxing, much needed one. The property was beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and it all gave me the privacy i craved. Does EIR have a property company that is dedicated to luxury properties in the mountains (NC, TN, GA)?
