This charming 100 sq. m house includes :

- a large double living room,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- a perfectly equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, ice machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- high chair,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, air conditioning,
- TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo system.
It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

By residing in Le Bouscat, you'll be able to enjoy numerous walks in parks nearby the apartment, like the Ermitage park 5 min away, the famous parc Bordelais 20 min away by foot, or even the big Bois du Bouscat, only 20 min away by feet. You'll only be 5 min away from the tramway, which will take you to the center of Bordeaux in no time. You'll then be able to visit the city by foot, with its little and typical streets. Your steps will lead you to many cafés on the Garonne river docks and the Capucins market, famous for its quality produce and nice atmosphere. You'll be able to visit the famous Sainte Catherine street and its numerous shops, the place de la Bourse and the famous Miroir d'Eau.

Ermitage bus stop (lige 33 et 46) → 5 min walk
From Saint Jean train station → 25 min by car or 30 min by transport
From Bordeaux - Mérignac airport → 20 min by car or 1h by transport

Neighborhood is well located and charming with church, parks and stores and restaurants. Close to tram. House is lovely particularly the patio.
