Enjoy Lake Maggiore year-round with this new, balcony apartment for 4 ! Located just a few steps from downtown Stresa, this new, 2-bedroom retreat is the perfect getaway on this Swiss-Italian lake. Essential amenities, transportation, the lakeshore as well as the ferry to the famous Borromean islands are within 15 minutes of walking distance from the mountain-view residence.
On-site, the delightfully peaceful and sunny apartment allows plenty of opportunity to unwind and features a private balcony with open-air dining, a Smart TV and a books library. Inside, there is a separate dining area, with a lounging space equipped with 2 big sofa chairs just behind it. The kitchen of the apartment is separate and fully equipped for carefree homemade preparations: a breakfast table and essential utilities like a Nespresso machine, oven, fridge, and toaster are available for guests’ use.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for all ages. Pets are welcome too.

The vacation rental is located just a few minutes walk from downtown Stresa; several supermarkets and several restaurants as well as the beautiful Stresa pier are just a 15-minute walk away. Also close by are the Stresa ferry terminal and the gorgeous Villa Pallavicino with gardens from the 1800s. From the ferry terminal, guests can easily reach the famous Borromean Islands (Isola Bella, Isola Superiore and Isola dei Pescatori) and soak up their fantastical beauty made of Roman baths, Villa Emden and small but spectacular beaches.
For day trips, the towns of Lesa and Arona are just a 15-minute drive from this holiday rental in Stresa, but if you want to try golf or explore the Alpine Botanical Gardens, they are also just 15 minutes away. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 1-hour drive away. Coming by train? The Stresa train terminal is just a 10-minute walk from the holiday apartment. A free public parking lot is also nearby for those coming by car.
