Die Kontaktperson war sehr hilfsbereit.
Schöne Wohnung. Der Ausblick toll, die Terrasse sogar viel grösser als erwartet. Gute Infrastruktur.
Die verschickten Unterlagen waren bzgl. WLAN nicht aktualisiert, sodass wir unnötig viel Zeit verbraucht haben, eine nicht existierende Internetverbindung herzustellen. Die Angaben zu den diversen Entsorgungsbeuteln waren etwas dürftig.
Das Finden des Schlüsselkästchens wäre etwas entspannter, wenn man von Anfang an wüsste, dass die gesuchte Garage die letzte in der Reihe ist.

The location was perfect. Far enough out of the centre to be nice and quiet, but near enough to walk down to the lake in a few minutes. And not too far from the train station.
More bedding would have been nice. There was only one sheet for one of the beds and one duvet cover for the other. Fortunately, it was nice and warm, so not really a problem.

Wirklich gute Lage, in ein paar Minuten ist man im Supermarkt, im Zentrum oder am Wasser bzw. Hafen. Von der riesigen Terrasse aus hat man (dank dem 7. Stockwerk) eine phantastische 270° Sicht über den Lago und die Berge.
Die Schlafzimmer sind groß genug, die Bäder gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer sehr groß, die Wohnküche ist bestens ausgestattet (Kaffevollautomat, italienische Kaffekocher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ...) und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Innerhalb einer Woche ist zwei Mal das Wasser für ca. fünf Minuten weggeblieben, aber ohne Zutun wieder gekommen. Nichts was die Urlaubsfreude getrübt hat, aber es sollte erwähnt werden.
