Well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment close to train, bus and restaurants. Initially hard to locate but in quiet street. A couple stayed for a week ... among the best serviced apartment we have stayed in multiple countries.

The owner communicated very quickly and well. The property was easy to get into at any time as our flight came very early in the morning. We were able to receive the door. Codes and come in even though it was so early in the morning.

This property is great value for money. There are restaurants and subway stops within a few minutes' walk. It is in what looks like a working class neighborhood.
When the host gives you the address, only use the Korean address to navigate in maps because even the locals can't find the address in English.
Incheon garbage laws are a little complicated. This is not specific to the property and applies to all Incheon. Foreigners(especially Americans) would be well advised to do a little reading on the rules. But it is not a big deal.
If I am lucky enough to come back to Incheon, I would stay at this property again.
