Hongdae City View

The property was easy to enter all times of the day, easy to find the room from the descriptions sent by the owners. Room has a good view, with plenty of space. Location is just great, you step out the door and find yourself on the Main Street of Hongdae, a 2 minute stroll from everywhere. Very lively place and convenience stores a stone throw away. The room is really quiet when you shut the windows all the way. The curtains can completely blind the room if you intent to sleep in. Room was equipped with a full body size mirror, Beds were comfortable, supplies in the bathroom were sufficiently stocked for our stay. Owners were responsive and reachable via WhatsApp.

There was only one elevator for the entire property, but at the time of our stay, they were installing a new one which looks almost ready. In busy times it would take 10 minutes or so to get down from the apartment, but I’m sure that is not s problem either the new elevator.

- Perfect location - Amazing city view - it had a lot of commodities like tableware, washing machine, and much more which is really handy. - Front door lock is a combination pad so we didn't even have to carry keys around. These are just the main things, I feel like there were a lot more positive things.

2 things could be improved: - The AC unit on the first level is great but the cold air gets stuck of that level. So whilst we had the first level with freezing environment, sleeping on the beds on the first floor was really hot, even when we used the fans to move the air around, it didn't do much. - The bathroom floor was always wet (not massively, but enough that you'd definitely get uncomfortable wet socks), even when we weren't using the washing machine or haven't had a shower.
