The Scape Hongdae

清潔

オートロックが機能しにくい 荷物を預けていたけど取りに行く時間にスタッフがいなくて焦った

Ubicación inmejorable y espacioso

El baño, se salia el agua por debajo del lavabo y la regadera era incomoda

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and getting around Seoul. Despite being in busy Hongdae and close to a very loud main street, the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet because it is located on a side street. It was also easy to find. Having a washing machine with laundry detergent provided was a big plus and very practical, especially during a longer trip.

Unfortunately, communication with the host via Booking did not work at all. We had a flight delay and therefore arrived one day later than planned. I contacted the host regarding a refund for the missed night, but I still have not received any response. There was also a moth infestation in the bathroom. During the first few days, I tried to remove the moths, but they kept coming back the next day. We tried keeping the bathroom door closed, but occasionally one or two moths still managed to get out. This was particularly unpleasant as we were living out of our suitcases and it left us feeling uncomfortable about our belongings…

Location great and beds comfortable

No door code was sent prior to arrival and the bathroom is way to small. Strange shower setup
