Only need to go to step to upper floor, if bring a heavy luggage, it should be hard for a lady

Location is top. Just a few metres away from métro station.
We had an issue with locking the door and about the safety. To use systematic codes for every door/room is really odd. The answer from staff didn't really help to feel any better and how the dealed with it wasn't satisfying.
