Hard to find but close enough to attractions

Great location - could walk to just about all the sights we were interested in seeing. Room size was wonderful as well. Loved having the convenience of a washer/dryer and kitchen to use! Having two bathrooms with showers and one with a tub was perfect for our family. The gym looked decent too though we never used it, oops, lol. We would definitely consider this property for a future Seoul visit!

Good location in Myeongdong, walking distance from some key spots in Seoul. Good restaurants and shopping in the area. The room size was good, and it was convenient to have a kitchen built in. We enjoyed the cocktails served up in the sky bar.

The Spa was closed for maintenance for the first 3 days, but then they extended the closure until the end of our stay. This is not great, as it was one of the criteria we used to select this hotel for a 10-day stay. The bathroom is small, very small, and has an overall impact on the comfort of a few days' stay. The washing machine broke down the first time we used it, and the maintenance took 3 days to fix it. The kitchen has very limited plates, glasses, and cutlery, and doesn't come with a washing machine. Also, the staff don't clean/replace used glasses and plates, so you need to wash them yourself.
