Convenient to shopping area and Station

The location is great and very accessible, just two minutes walk to the train station entrance. The place is clean, the furniture and appliances are new and well maintained. The host is very hospitable and responsive, giving us clear directions to the location of the apartment, reassuring us we have a safe space to store our luggages before check-in and after check-out, and replies very quickly to messages.

The walls are slightly thin so we could hear noises from next door, but it really depends on how loud the other guests are.

The place was clean and had enough space for a family of 3 with 3 big + 2 cabin luggage. More than enough clean towels were provided in the toilet cabinet for the entire duration of our stay. Strong water pressure in the shower with consistent hot water. Plenty of shelf space for toiletries. Earplugs were provided but we did not have to use them as the place was relatively quiet. Filtered water dispenser (with hot and cold water options) in the kitchen meant that we did not need to buy water or boil water to make drinks. There are recycling bins and a general waste bin located just outside the apartment so it was not much of a hassle to separate and dispose of our trash before checking out. There is a laundry room with 1 washing machine and 1 dryer located next to the lift lobby. Location was excellent - very short walk to the subway with elevator or escalator leading to the subway level. Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance.

There were no blackout curtains so it was difficult to sleep past 6am after the sun rose as the sunlight was shining right at our faces. Please bring eye masks if you are sensitive to light. Pillows felt like half-filled inflatable pillows (although they were not) and were uncomfortable. Not enough hanging space for towels or clothes in the toilet - only one towel bar was provided and there were no other hooks in the toilet. Might be a squeeze for a family of 4 as there is only 1 toilet and there's not much walking space in the bedrooms after opening the luggage. Although there's space under the beds to store the luggage, there are no cupboards or shelf space for us to place our clothes so we had to keep our luggage open to access our clothes.
