The ground-level apartment is spacious with 3 good size bedrooms. It has a dryer, washer and a proper kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential area. There is a 24-hour GS store located opposite the apartment. Many eateries are located short walking distance from the apartment and a 10-min walk to Hongdae train station.

The apartment has only one toilet.
