居室が清潔で明るい。
ロケーションもよい。
洗濯機があって便利。
トイレ備え付けのシャワーを使って浴びるのは難しく、実質シャワールームがひとつだったので人数が多かったので不便でした。
これは部屋によるようです。

Great for families, easy check in, room was ready early and they let us store our luggage before check in time. Room has everything you need and they even provided an extra futon at request. Very clean, nice decor. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, Hongdae shopping street. Wish we could have stayed longer.
I didn't see a secure luggage storage area to keep our luggage after check out since we weren't departing to airport till later, but I guess that's not expected. Didn't receive response when I asked property about it.

The property is new and clean
It doesn’t stated that i need to climb up four floors up. My dad and mom have knee problems, cannot climb so many stairs. There is no elevator! I tried to contact the property when i arrived, but they did not reply my message even after 2 days. Only AI assistance. Then i tried to call but they say they do not understand. ..?? Very poor customer service! I feel so cheated.
