Property is located in a quiet residential area, so staying here provides a great local experience. Kids playground and a decent food store is close by. Subway is about 10 minute walk away.
Communication with owner was great - instructions were very detailed and response times were short. Because of that we had no problems finding the apartment and getting in.
Apartment was clean and had all the equipment that one would normally expect to find in rental facilities.
Its more a thing to note - by Korean standards the apartment size, ceiling height and staircase width is OK, but by international standards it is on the lower side.

Ruhige Lage mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in direkter Nähe. Viel Platz, mit Waschmaschine und guten Trocknungsmöglichkeiten. Mehrere U-Bahnstationen in der Nähe
Nur kleine Handtücher; keine Regale/Schränke o.ä. zum Verstauen der Kleidung (Kleiderständer und Bügel sind aber vorhanden)

really love this area. It's very close to the main Hongdae shopping district but without all the noise and bustle. The neighborhood itself is packed with all kinds of restaurants and cafes, and it's also super close to the subway and airport bus.

It is so convenient and comfortable stay . Host was so friendly and easy to talk to . House was exactly what shown in the picture :)
