A very nice, clean and well-arranged place to stay. Small but had all of the amenities that we needed. I failed to realize, when I booked it, that it was entirely upstairs (my bad) and my wife is somewhat handicapped and we are both getting old and somewhat feeble, so carrying everything up and down the stairs was the only downside.

A wonderful place to stay in Beatrice. The sunsets from the balcony were stunning. My grandchildren adored feeding the alpacas and seeing the chickens and cows. Friendly hosts and well appointed accommodations. Will definitely come back again.
