Newly Renovated 2 Bed 2 Bath Home

The house was very clean and met our needs for the week. The host was very easy to work with and communication was outstanding.

We had a delightful stay. The home was very clean and easy to find. Nice kitchen to work in with a little coffee bar. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and bathrooms were nice with plenty of towels. The second bathroom with walk in shower is located in the basement. Having a fenced in backyard was great with a back door off the kitchen made it easy to let the dog outside. The only drawback was it was the 4th of July weekend and the fireworks were very close making them very loud and nonstop for 2 days. The air conditioning worked great. I would choose to stay here again. Our host was great about communication. Very easy check in.

Fantastic location. Quiet neighborhood & close to a lot things. The home is very nicely renovated with a large yard & multiple outdoor seating areas that are very enjoyable. The ability to park in the driveway makes unloading luggage super easy. This home has a lot of space & is a great value. The host is very timely with responses & accommodated an early check-in. I highly recommend this home.

Not pet friendly and had additional rules posted in the home for pets that were not listed in the property description: pets not allowed on any furniture or in the basement. The backyard fence was not secure at all and was maybe 4 feet high. The fence area at the back of the yard could have been walked over by my dog or any human.
