About this house rental
Inviting, peaceful, comforting, relaxing. Safe, family neighborhood close to 27th & Highway 2. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown Lincoln. Stores and restaurants nearby. New king size bed in master bedroom and queen in the 2nd bedroom. Living room has full size futon sofa-sleeper. Attached garage. High-speed internet. Roku streaming in living room and master bedroom.
The space:
Cozy, sunlit, simple house built in the mid century. Hardwood floors throughout and upright piano in living room. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The property is located in a residential neighborhood with winding streets. There is WiFi.
Lincoln 3912 is a one level house, with slightly vaulted ceilings throughout. Master bedroom with king bed and 26” screen TV with Roku streaming. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and fold out chair (twin) sofa sleeper (twin size air-mattress is also available). Living room has a loveseat sofa, chair and full size futon sofa-sleeper as well as a 43” screen TV with Roku streaming plus local channels and upright piano. High-speed internet.
Kitchen with refrigerator, Keurig and automatic drip coffee maker, electric range and oven, microwave and air-fryer. Bathroom has bathtub with removable shower head and is equipped with safety grab bars. NOTE: The central air conditioner unit and water heater are within close proximity to other rooms, so when the unit turns on there is an abrupt “pop” sound. This is normal. Patio in backyard with chaise lounge, patio table with chairs, raised garden bed and large oak tree producing acorns which, which may fall on the roof over the master bedroom. One stall car attached garage and easement next to driveway for additional parking.
Lincoln 3912 is over 65 years old with original windows and provides an affordable, clean & comfortable stay for 6+ guests.
Guests have access to entire house and attached garage.
Other things to note
-Adult guests must be 21 years of age or older.
-Paper products, including toilet paper and paper towels as well as other consumable amenities are not replaced beyond the first 2 days.
-TV located in the living room.
-Guests should leave the place as it was found. I have a departure checklist which includes cleaning up and putting away dishes and tidying up. Cleaning products provided. Please allow time to observe the departure checklist before checking out.

Wonderful stay. Host was exceptional.Lots of extras, including shampoo, coffee, hairdryer, and baggies. Would definitely stay here again. Close to Anytime fitness and lots of great eating areas.

This is a cute little house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The back yard was a restful place to unwind. It has everything that was needed to enjoy my stay.

It was the perfect size for a weekend wedding visit. The fully stocked kitchen worked well for our meals and snacks in between activities. Having the garage was an added bonus. Thank you for your hospitality!
