About this house rental
This is a private 2-room, 1 bath rental in south Lincoln. It is located close to major highways (Hwy 77 & 2) just minutes from downtown, the Rail Yard, UNL campus, great shopping and more! Guests have a designated parking spot for 1 standard-size vehicle in the driveway. Street parking is also available at no extra cost. WiFi and Roku TV with streaming options including Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime Video and more!
Pets are allowed (dogs only, limited to 1 dog).
The space
This space is set up as a 2-room, owner-occupied apartment. We provide our guests with a starter-kit with the essentials and more!
No washer or dryer in the rental unit, but we can provide recommendations for reasonably-priced laundry services nearby.
$50 Laundry Land card | self-service laundry
The Laundry Land on Old Cheney Road (3.4 miles away) is clean and spacious! We are happy to offer our guests a $50 card to use. This typically covers 4 to 6 loads (standard-size) of laundry. This location is our favorite, and it shares a parking lot with great restaurants including a popular breakfast spot, Bagel & Joe's, and also Lazzari's (New York Style) pizza restaurant.
Save time and request help with these added services:
- shopping for groceries and other essentials to stock your pantry or fridge (these may be placed in your rental prior to your arrival).
- pick-up and drop off laundry services during your stay

Guest access
Guest access is limited to the main level only. The front porch, front driveway parking and front yard is designated for private use by our guests.
Other things to note
Access to the lower level of the house is not available to guests. (The lower level has a separate entrance). Host will only enter the main level during rental period if assistance is requested by the guest, or in an emergency situation.
Pets are allowed (dogs only, limited to 1 dog).
