Lake Avalon is less than a mile away for fishing or paddle boarding. Shops, restaurants and Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville are a 15‑minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Navigating Bella Vista and its surrounding areas is easiest by car or mountain bike. Our quiet neighborhood has little public transit, so we recommend driving or biking to attractions. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Very nice house to stay in with a group. Very comfortable for mountain bikers as you can ride from the door and start riding the Little Sugar trails. Five minutes from a Walmart to restock supplies. The kitchen was well stocked to enable cooking at the home. The master bed was in need of repair as the slats under the mattress kept falling off. The washing machine was broken, bad luck, home owner was unaware and had someone out to maintain it right away. Wasn’t able to fix it during our stay so we had to hand wash our clothes. inconvenient but we still had a fun, enjoyable stay.
