Really homely stay, facilities were clean. Beds were comfy, and we were provided with a lot of cooking utensils there were even games provided in the drawers. The wood burner is a very nice touch to the place. Would recommend it for what you’re paying.
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the hot tub. However, the host were kind enough to offer a generous refund so cannot comment on the hot tub

The barn was very clean with lots of space to relax in. Log burner created a warming atmosphere every evening and the beds were very comfy. The hot tub provided great fun on the evenings especially in the frosty conditions with only dark skies and stars to look at. Will definitely be returning. Hosts Dave and Lucy couldn’t do enough for us, took great care of us during our stay.
The Travellers Rest which is only a very short drive serve great food too.

Great location for Exeter, had the potential to be super but just lacked a good clean inside and out
Dusty, sheet on the sofa bed was used and hadn’t been cleaned, outside area was grubby… there was a rug on the table and the outside door mat was in pieces and not in place, the hot tub was in the car park and not private and cost an extra £30 which wasn’t on the booking information
