Charming Apartment Ines

The apartment was in a perfect location for Dubrovnik. Definitely happy to be outside of the old town and had a lovely balcony even though it was on a busy road and a shop underneath it was very nice to sit out on of a morning and evening. Rooms were perfect and comfortable, slept very well and the kitchen was great. Loved the big sofa, extremely comfortable to relax on. Ines was extremely accommodating for our early check-in and everything was just perfect! I booked it for my mum's 60th birthday along with my sister and we just had the most amazing time so thank you!

Nothing that comes to mind. Maybe need a few more knives for cooking/cutting bread but managed ok with what was there.

So clean. Great location above a supermarket and opposite the bus stop into the old town.

Beds were a little on the firm side but still a comfortable stay.

Our stay at Ines apartment was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown – very clean, spacious and in the perfect location, only a short walk to the old town and around the corner from pick up points for the days trips we had booked outside of Croatia. The apartment had all the facilities we needed – the A/C worked perfectly well and there was a fan in every room. Ines was the most kind and helpful host who went out of her way to make sure our stay was as comfortable, enjoyable and easy as possible. She was always very responsive, and organised our luggage storage and taxi transfer on our last day. Would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Dubrovnik!!

The apartment is modern, well-equipped, and in an excellent location, making it a great base for exploring the area.

The biggest issue during our stay was a strong, unpleasant smell in the kitchen. It had a moldy, musty, almost vomit-like odor that never went away, even after we thoroughly cleaned the area several times. The host also came to check the issue but said she couldn't smell anything. Unfortunately, that made us feel like our concerns weren't really being acknowledged. We were a group of four people, and all of us found it uncomfortable to spend time in or near the kitchen because of the smell. The odor seemed to be coming from behind the refrigerator. We even moved the fridge and cleaned behind it ourselves, but it didn't improve the situation. We also found the floors to be extremely dirty. After walking barefoot, the bottoms of our feet turned black from dirt and dust. In addition, the bedside table storage boxes still contained trash left behind by previous guests, which suggested they hadn't been properly cleaned. Another issue was the bathroom, where the floor flooded every time we took a shower. Overall, we weren't satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. At first glance it looked clean, but once we started using the space, it became clear that the cleaning had only been done superficially Other than these issues, the location was good. However, the persistent smell in the kitchen had the biggest impact on our stay and significantly reduced our enjoyment of the apartment.
