Great location (easy to access public transportation, lots of grocery stores within a few minutes walk and a huge park about a block away)! Apartment was large & had plenty of room for 3 adults and two kids. Check in and check out procedures were simple. Staff was responsive to issues brought up during the stay.
I did not like being surprised with additional fees right before checkin (an additional hundred euro, I think for city taxes? why were these not included in the rate on bookings.com?), and there were maintenance issues with the apartment (a leak from the unit above; when maintenance came to fix the leak they left a mess / did not clean up the drywall debris)
