Świetna lokalizacja, blisko metro , tramwaje i autobusy, obok sklepy spożywcze, piekarnia i warzywniaki. Do najważniejszych atrakcji Sagrada Familia czy stadion Camp Nou pieszo ok 20 min. Mieszkanie przestronne, w pełni wyposażone. Dodatkowo prezenty : pakiet higieniczny ( kapsułka do prania, tabletka do zmywarki , płyn do mycia itd) oraz pakiet żywnościowy ( kapsułki do ekspresu, herbata, oliwa, ocet balsamiczny itd)
Głośno, ale to centrum miasta.Czesto przejeżdżające karetki oraz straż. Łóżka mogłyby być wygodniejsze.
