Nothing- it was great!

The best aspect of this hotel is definitely its location. It is very central, in a great neighborhood, close to the metro and within easy reach of many attractions, restaurants and bars. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The decoration is stylish and attractive, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to help when needed.

The hotel is well located and the staff was friendly, but there are some points that could be improved. The single bed was extremely small and the room itself felt quite small compared to other hotels in the same price range. The minibar was also very small and did not keep drinks properly chilled, which was inconvenient during the warmer days. Another disappointment was the Sky Bar area. There was no staff available, no ice, and no cold drinks or refreshments available for guests. A simple fridge or basic service would make a big difference to the experience. Overall, I felt that the price is quite high for what the hotel actually delivers. While the location is good, the facilities and room comfort did not fully match the cost of the stay.

Lovely staff, great location, super clean

My room had a weird "off-milk" smell which I reported to the front desk...they said they were at capacity and not much they could do. They advised they would look at it the following day but they didn't bother. The smell didn't get any better after 5 days. For a queer hotel there were quite a few hetero couples there. At what point does a queer hotel not become queer if there are more straight people?
