Наличие стоянки для автомобиля. Свежий ремонт в самой квартире. Наличие просторной террассы для завтрака и ужина.
Малая электрическая мощность давала возможность включать не более двух электроприборов. Напряжно жить , находясь на отпуске, в состоянии постоянного контроля за поочередным включением приборов( особенно напряжно это внушать детям).На Сицилии проблемы с постоянной подачей воды в квартирах. Живя в многоквартирных апартаментах мы круглосуточно слышали сильный шум водяных насосов от их постоянного включения и выключения. Это привело у нас к небольшой проблеме - из-за механической поломки кнопки сливного бачка в унитазе ( западала кнопка) ночью текла вода и соответственно работал насос, который к утру сгорел! И какое-то время мы были без воды! Спасибо хозяйке- быстро приехала, нашла ремонтника и все починили.

Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Alles sehr Sauber.
Die Matrazen in einem Schlafzimmer waren durchgelegen.

schöne Ferienwohnung am Rande von Avalo - es ist nicht weit zu schönen Zielen in der Umgebung - auch den Strand kann man sogar zu Fuß erreichen, wobei der beste Strand etwa 2km entfernt ist - mit dem Auto aber kein Problem. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht - Küche, Sauberkeit, Parkplatz, Klimaanlage, eine schöne Terrasse - ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub in Familie oder allein.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
