The apartment was superb....easy to find and very convenient for the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. It was also very well placed for exploring the area and within easy reach of Syracuse and the beautiful baroque towns in the south of Sicily. The best feature was the swimming pool...literally on our doorstep. It was extremely well maintained and accessible. Congratulations to the staff for their high standard . I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort abd value for money .
Leaving....our stay at Villa Xenia was just not long enough.....

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect – just a few minutes’ walk to a beautiful beach. The host was very kind and helpful, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. We especially loved having direct access to the pool – it was amazing, especially with a child. Highly recommend!
