Nice spacy apartment in a good location. Close to the city center and many restaurants. Around 20 minutes from the beach. The owner is responsive and very helpful.

AC units are working as fans only. The apartment is infested with cockroaches. The water pump is tricky, but that's rather a city problem.

Casa al centro di Avola a piedi si raggiunge facilmente la piazza ,vicino sono presenti minimarket bar ecc due delle tre stanze da letto sono ottimamente climatizzate, casa pulita ,cucina funzionale con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, Simone il proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale ci ritorneremo sicuramente
