Guter Schnitt der Wohnung, schöne Terrasse mit Frühstückstisch und nochmal separater Sitzecke mit Sitzkissen. Schöne Bepflanzung der Anlage, Pool gut, kostenloser Parkplatz.
Die Klimaanlage der anderen Wohnung und die nahen Waschmaschinen waren laut, wen man abends auf der Terrasse saß.

Nous étions la dernière réservation d’octobre et donc les seuls sur les 5 appartements, avec la très belle piscine pour nous seuls. Outre que tout soit pensé pour notre confort (moustiquaire sur toutes les fenêtres, capsules de café, nécessaire de base pour la cuisine et boisons dans le frigo, machine à laver à dispo,…), Paolo est soucieux que tout se passe bien pour ses hôtes. Un plaisir ! Merci Paolo :)
Nous avons tout aimé.

Appartement très agréable avec une superbe terrasse avec beaucoup de végétation, une très belle piscine, proche d'Avola, de la mer 5 minutes à pied, de Cavagrande, Syracuse, Marzamemi. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Machine à laver sur place. L'endroit est très beau et sécurisé par un portail. Paulo est très serviable.
On entend un peu les voisins.
