It was very clean and bright. It had everything that we needed . There were 2 nice bedrooms which was good for us as we were 2 couples . It was close to the beach and the town . Lovely big square in the centre of town with bars and restaurants and a great atmosphere. Parking was easy and free! Corrada was very helpful .

Bardzo polecam pobyt w apartamencie. Super kontakt z właścicielką, która była bardzo pomocna. Przywitała nas i oprowadziła po mieszkaniu oraz udzieliła informacji gdzie możemy zjeść. Apartament spełnił najśmielsze oczekiwania. Apartament znajduje się przy drodze ale jest bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Bardzo komfortowy, czysty z wygodnymi dużymi łóżkami. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko- kawa (różne rodzaje); herbata, cukier, przyprawy, sól, kilka butelek wody, ciasteczka, ściereczki i inne. Na powitanie od cudownej właścicielki dostaliśmy przepyszne ciasto. Apartament posiada duży taras na którym można było posiedzieć wieczorem. Na tarasie znajdowała się suszarka na ubrania. (można było wysuszyć ręczniki plażowe) Bezpłatny parking przed apartamentem. Obok apartamentu znajduje się kawiarnia (oferująca bardzo pyszne produkty). Plaża od apartamentu znajduje się około 10 minut na piechotę.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und hygienisch , die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, Bettwäsche, Handtücher sehr ansprechend und sauber hergerichtet. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie frische Früchte, Kaffee, Gewürze, Saft, Wasser, Süßigkeiten.. . sind vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr engagiert und ist darauf bedacht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind auch da. Tipps für Restaurants werden gegeben. Gleich nebenan ist eine super Pasticeria mit allem was das Herz begehrt- mit Zucker, oder für den 1. Espresso am Morgen 😍😋! Optimale Lage auch für Kunsthistorische interessierte Gäste- die sehenswerten Städte wie Noto, Ragusa, Modiga sind schell mit dem Auto erreichbar, wie auch ein Naturschutzgebiet zum Wandern, oder der südlichste Punkt Italiens . Tolle Strände sind zu Fuß zu erreichen oder mit dem Auto.

Eigentlich war alles super. Ich möchte nur anmerken, dass wir in der absoluten Vorsaison vom 2.5. bis 7.5. da waren. In diesem Zeitraum war es sehr ruhig. Die hübsche Terrasse mit Esstisch, Blumenschmuck und Lougemöbeln ist uneingesehen zur Straße hin, die zum Meer führt- da ist vielleicht in der Hauptsaison (Juli/ August) mehr los? Aber da mischt man sich am besten unter die Einheimischen und Italiener, die hier Urlaub machen, und genießt die sizilianische Lebensart - schlafen können wir zu Hause 😆 in Germany !

The place is absolutely wonderful. The apartment has a small terrace where it’s really pleasant to relax in the evenings – we used it very often. It’s hard to find any flaws – each room has individually controlled air conditioning. Although the apartment is close to a restaurant and we were worried it might be noisy in the evenings, this never turned out to be a problem. Even though the building is located on a one-way street, it’s incredibly quiet and peaceful. Only 2 or 3 times did we hear someone passing by on a very loud scooter. There aren’t many tourists in Avola – we didn’t meet anyone speaking a language other than Italian (perhaps there were tourists from other parts of Italy, but it’s hard to tell). The apartment’s location is excellent – it’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach. The beach itself is clean, and the water is incredibly warm – perfect for relaxing and swimming. You can even grab a takeaway pizza for about 5 euros and enjoy it right on the beach while watching the sunset – a truly amazing experience. Right next door, there’s Mangiafico, where in our opinion you can find the best ice cream in all of Sicily – and we tested quite a few places around the island! You can also grab a sweet treat or even a plate of pasta there. In the evenings, we ordered drinks to go – when the waiter asked where we were staying and found out we were literally 5 meters away, he brought the drinks directly to our terrace. Just 3 minutes towards the beach, you’ll find L’Isola del Panino, where you can enjoy a delicious coffee for only 1 euro in the morning, as well as a truly local panino – not a tourist-style one. This place is not even on Google Maps, but it’s right across from “Pizzeria da Consiglio,” which we also highly recommend – their pizza is great. Back to the apartment – even if we tried, we couldn’t find anything to complain about. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is fully equipped.
