The Appartment was very nice and it had everything you need from the summer appartment - great shower, great bed, AC and washing machine. We felt very comfortable there and stayed for 5 days to discover the beautiful surroundings of Avola.

Apartment was new, modern and super clean, everything was great. A lot of Avolas town restaurants, bars and beach in walking distance (10-15 min), amazing coffee and gelato just around the corner. Car parking is on the street by the house - very convenient.
The water heater is a bit too small for two hot showers in a row.
The front patio is shared with other neighbors.
The host was nice and friendly! :)
Overall- we had a pleasent stay.

The appartment is very close to the city center, bars, shops etc., 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. It is spacious clean and has anything You need. In the street there is always a place to park the car. Hosts are very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly reccomended :)

This is probably the best place we've stayed at in Italy, Alessio's the perfect host and helped with everything we asked, being it places to go, restaurants, etc. The place was spotless, well equipped and at a great location with parking by the door and in a very safe neighborhood. I'd rate Cortile Siciliano a 10+
Not having more time to enjoy Avola and surroundings. I would definitely stay at the Cortile again and highly recommend it.
