Wspaniała lokalizacja. Duże pokoje. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Reaguję błyskawicznie na zgłaszane usterki i je usuwa.
Moim zdanie obiekt nie nadaje się na zimowy wynajem. W łazience było przerażająco zimno. Do tego cały czas śmierdzi z kanalizacji, ale to raczej kwestia całej infrastruktury włoskiej kanalizacji. W lecie obiekt byłby prawie idealny. Taras o którym jest mowa jest na 3 piętrze i nie ma na niego wyjścia z żadnego apartamentu bezpośrednio. Kuchnia poza stołem nie posiada blatu roboczego więc jeśli ktoś planuje przyrządzać posiłki to poza kanapkami może być to bardzo ciężkie.

La gentilezza e disponibilitá della signora Elisa e di suo marito. Due persone squisite. Mi è piaciuta la posizione al centro città della struttura e la possibilitá che da Avola i posti turistici come Siracusa, noto riserva di Vendicari i laghetti di cava grande e molte altri luoghi turistici fossero nelle vicinanze. Cibo squisito e rapporto qualità/prezzo fantastico
La spiaggia di Avola completamente diversa da come la ricordavo, mi ha deluso molto.
