The "Casa del 700", recently renovated, is located near the central square of Avola.
The entrance through a portico opens a beautiful courtyard that makes the place quiet although the house is in the center of the city.
The entrance leads to the first floor of the house through a nineteenth-century staircase.
The house consists of a lounge / living room, through which you can reach a large bedroom, a corridor, through which the kitchen is accessible, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
At the entrance of the house, through the stairs leads to the top floor attic composed: two bedrooms, a bathroom with tub, a laundry room, a terrace and a balcony.
Avola is a seaside town on the south-Sicilian coast looking towards the south-eastern coast of Sicily in the Gulf of Noto. Avola, the city of the sun, the sea, the arts, culture and good wine (the famous Nero d'Avola wine takes its name from Avola) and food.
