Appartamenti Sul Mare

Très bien placé à quelques minutes de la plage. Stationnement en face, et vélos disponibles sur place :-)

Grosses Appartment, sehr sauber, ordentlich und modern. Gute Ausstattung, grosses Bett. Lage ruhig bis auf gelegentliches Hundebellen. Vermieter des Hauses mit mehreren Appartments wohnt im Nachbarhaus. Küche gut ausgestattet. Grosser Wohnraum mit Küche. Parken direkt vor dem Haus in der Strasse oder um die Ecke, haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Sitzmöglichkeiten draussen. Kommunikation während der Anreise problemlos. Da meine Partnerin Italienierin ist, hatten wir keine Sprachprobleme.

Baulich gegeben etwas dunkel im Wohnzimmer (nur eine Tür) und das Bad ist in Relation zum Rest recht klein. Mückennetze sind auf Sizilien elektrische Geräte (Verdampfer Biozid?), ein wirkliches Netz ist nicht vorhanden. Selbst für mene italienische Partnerin eine Überraschung, für uns war es ein Kernmerkmal. Wir hatten das Fenster offen aber die Verdunklung geschlossen, am letzten Abend hat mich dann die erste Mücke im April auf Sizilien tatsächlich gefunden. Als Vermieter würde ich wenigstens im Schlafzimmer ein Netz installieren, welches sich öffnen lässt, sind nicht so teuer und robust. Platz zwischen Verdunklung und Fenster ist genug vorhanden. Die Kissen waren recht hart, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Was wirlich banal ist und leicht zu ändern: Quietschende Türen, das nervt in der Nacht wenn mal sich ins Bad schleichen will. Da aber alles andere perfekt ist, noch knapp 10 Sterne (9.5)

Апартамент в одноэтажном доме близко от моря. Машину можно поставить у забора на улице. Очень приветливый хозяин - принёс утром свежие круассаны с рикоттой. Интернет хороший. Стиральная машина хорошая, есть сушилка для белья. Есть зонтик для пляжа. По 2 подушки на человека (но на мой вкус одна слишком тонкая, а вторая наоборот). Хозяин по нашей просьбе дал дополнительно одеяла.

На кухне мало места - раковина, рядом с ней газовая плита, рядом столик, на котором микроволновая печь, а на ней кофемашина. Порезать негде. Но мы приспособились за 3 дня, разложив полностью обеденный стол. Односпальные кровати в комнате короткие - не рассчитаны на высоких взрослых людей.

The appartement have good facilities , clean , close to the sea but you definitly need a car to go at the supermarket or visit the city around , the father s owner is really nice even if he speak only italian

The owner should advert that the bed linen and towel have to be rent 10euro/ person .it wasnt written anywhere as i double check even on his mail ... i rent the appartement for 4 days and no wifi for 2 entire days , the owner reply me by Imessage so i didnt know it will be effective 2 days later as i had no data as well and he never apologize, a bit unfair when you travel with teenagers to make plan and want to enjoy your holyday without data and wifi so we left one night in a other place just to find some place to visit by internet .. . 1 toilets paper and one rubish bag for 3 people in 4 days .... i dont know if you have to pay to ask more... as the linen ... so i didnt take the risk , a bottle of oil in the kitchen will be a plus , as they have already salt and sugar . Make the think easier fo customer who dont stay a Month and cost almost nothing . When we whent their really noisy neibourgh 7.30 am every day but its not their fault ... so its not a complain really . its an objective opinion but i m sure the stay willbe better for the next guest
