Scogliera apartments

When we arrived, we were really glad that we chose this property. It is located really close to the Pantanello beach, which is small and cozy. In the second half of May, there was a lot of free space. We were also provided with a beach umbrella. Fabio is an excellent host, he explained to us everything and let us check in earlier. We did not rent a car, so he offered to take us to the large store, located a bit outside of Avola. So we are really thankful to him and his dad. They did their best, and we felt welcomed. The place itself is freshly renovated, clean, has new furniture and appliances, is very spacious, and has a nicely decorated terrace. It is located close to the beach, but a bit far from the center. But you can easily walk to the bus/train station (Piazza Trieste is in ~25min walk away, train station in ~45min). Avola also has many big stores (Coops, Penny, Lidl, SuperConveniente, etc). Of course, it is better to drive, but you can also easily walk to the stores (although the sidewalks sometimes disappear).

Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieter (Vater und Sohn). Unterkunft sehr sauber. Gute, ruhige Lage. Vermieter mit hervorragenden Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Gerne wieder.

Da gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Posizione a 50 metri dal lungomare e meno di 100 dall'accesso alla spiaggia, in parte libera e in parte con lido. Fabio padrone di casa assolutamente perfetto, cordiale, discreto, ci ha consigliato un OTTIMO ristorante pizzeria per rapporto qualità prezzo...che dire, consiglierei a chiunque questa struttura!

We had an amazing stay in Avola! The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for families with children. The beautiful sandy beach is only a 3-minute walk away. Fabio and his father are wonderful hosts — very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We can fully recommend this place and would love to come back again!
