Pulizia, spazi, mobilio e accessori, di tutto e anche di più, disponibilità e gentilezza proprietario, aria condizionata indispensabile.
La scala di accesso all'appartamento del primo piano è stretta e ripida va valutata bene per chi deve fare su e giù ad esempio con carrozzina o altro di ingombrante. La strada la sera è abbastanza trafficata da moto e ciclomotori, può risultare rumorosa.
