L'appartamento ha una posizione ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e a 15 dal mare. Vicino si trovano negozi quali alimentari, panificio, fruttivendolo. L'host privato è cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Molto consigliato

Ho apprezzato il parcheggio riservato a 2 metri dall' appartamento,la posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge della costa siracusana aria condizionata in tutte le camere In generale rapporto qualità-prezzo molto valido.
Mancanza di zanzariere Bisogna fare attenzione al consumo di acqua perché la rete idrica (in tutta la zona) eroga acqua dalle 7 alle 17 le restanti ore si sfruttano i serbatoi che permettono di fare 4 docce e una lavatrice ma se capita qualche lavaggio extra si rischia di restare senza acqua fino al mattino successivo
