Casa Svea is a completely renovated house, lovingly furnished with an eye for detail. Just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center and about 500 meters from the nearest beach.
It features a large bedroom, a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, a small sauna, and an utility room with a washing machine and dishwasher—all brand new.
There’s also a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast or relax after a hot day. Casa Svea is equipped with three air conditioners (with heating in winter), Wi-Fi in all rooms, and three TVs.
Casa Svea is very bright, with large windows in all main rooms. The house is particularly ideal for couples or a family with up to two older children. Nearby, you’ll find a supermarket, bars, a bakery, a pharmacy, a movie theater, and all the necessary amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The host will welcome you and assist with any questions.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house (except for the garage) and can use towels, bed linens, and beach gear (towels, umbrellas, etc.) free of charge. The price includes all utilities (water, electricity, TV). Cleanliness and hygiene are guaranteed. There is free Wi-Fi, and use of the sauna is also free.

Avola is recommended for those who love relaxation, culture, good food, nature, and the sea. This small town has a population of about 35,000. Avola is very famous for its Nero d’Avola wine and almonds, and it enjoys a fabulous climate and a beautiful sea all year round.
The area around Casa Svea is very quiet and is located near the town center; the highway is only about 10 minutes away. There is ample free street parking available in front of the house. Just a short walk from the house (about a 15-minute walk) are the bus stops for buses heading in all directions. Syracuse, with the wonderful island of Ortigia, is 25 km away; Noto (a Baroque city) is 8 km away; Catania Airport is 90 km away; and Mount Etna and Taormina are just over 100 km away.
P.S. Upon arrival, you must pay the tourist tax; according to the regulations of the municipality of Avola, it must be paid year-round. The tourist tax is 2 euros per person per day, payable for up to 7 days; children under 12 are exempt. The fee must be paid in cash upon arrival, and I would like to emphasize that the full amount is remitted to the municipality of Avola.
