The location is very convenient if you wish to visit Mantova. It is a very nice apartment on three floors (we used only two floors though), very well organized and cosy. All you need for preparing a breakfast or a quick dinner is available, which is just what we needed. It was very convenient to have also a place to keep our bikes inside, and we were lucky to have a parking place just in front of the entrance (for the parking you have to pay a daily fee of 6,5 Euro).
We were received by the owner, it was a very good experience, he gave us information and tips for our visit. Check out was very uncomplicated.
The windows are just on the street side, which can be a bit noisy during weekdays. During the night it was not so bad. The ground floor is a bit dark, especially during these days at the end of October, but we did not spend much time in the apartment during the day.

Die Lage ist ideal, nur ein kurzer Fußweg in dei Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung war gut. Wir hatten zu dritt viel Platz, so das man sich auch mal zurückziehen konnte.
Ein Wäscheständer zum trocknen der Handtücher wäre hilfreich gewesen und auch ein Gummiabzieher für die Glastür der Dusche wäre praktisch gewesen.

Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Viel Platz! Kommunikation mit Vermieter ist hervorragend!
Das Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können!

The architectural details characteristic of Italy, I liked the fact that it is an authentic house on a quiet street. It is true that there is cubic stone on the street and passing cars make noise, but very few cars pass, it is an quiet area. We had all the facilities we needed, the kitchen is equipped with coffee machine and coffee plus the basic ingredients needed for cooking.
