Perfect apartment great situation and really comfortable

It was perfect for what we wanted. Lovely position easy walk to get some food. Great place to start a run comfortable bedrooms.

We struggled to get in but I think that was more us than anyone else we didn't realize it was a key fob and not a key!

Lovely little apartment in a good location to get around on foot

All instructions were excellent and Rebecca was very communicative, helpful and quick to respond. The apartment has everything you need for a short or extended stay and everything was clean and tidy. To walk into the centre of town is very close

The location to collect the keys was a little difficult to park on a very busy street and the area to get around by car is very congested

We will definitely use this fab apartment again

Lovely comfortable apartment. The design was special, the balcony view was great. The location is perfect and we will definitely come again. The host was brilliant especially when I didn't think that I had received the code for the key release. She sorted me out and it went smoothly from then on

Only really small things, the bath plug wouldn't stay down. Also there were a lot of keys and we didn't know which to use to enter the apartments 😁. Turns out it was the fob. Could possibly have a little explanation with them?

Faultless

Location was excellent. The hosts sent plenty of information in advance giving full details about how to obtain the keys and where the parking was for the property. Everything was clear and very easy to understand. The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious, very comfortable and in a superb location. Couldn’t have been any better.

Excellent apartment for a relaxing holiday

Excellent location right next to the town centre. The flat was well decorated and had everything we needed. Communication was good and very useful. Having a parking space was fantastic as it's difficult to park around the flat. The neighbours were very quiet and the views were amazing.

The kitchen utensils and the oven weren't as clean as I would have liked and the balcony door wouldn't lock. But apart from that I don't have any other negative things to share.

Fantastic apartment, would stay here again!

This is a beautiful apartment with amazingly comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony with view and easy access to shops. The rooms were decorated really nicely. Rebecca had good communication and the towels supplied were lovely and soft.

It felt very mixed with what was supplied. They supplied ample toilet roll, hand soap, body wash etc, but then there were no cleaning cloths or kitchen roll or even scissors in the drawer so it felt like it was lacking in a couple of things. But this is only a minor thing. Everything else was fantastic.

Wonderful river views, great apartment.

The Hosts were really helpful when we got a contact number for them and facilitated an earlier check in which was great. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Little touches were appreciated like washing up liquid, hand soaps and shower gel. We loved our view of the river and the balcony for sitting out on. Thank you for a lovely two day break and if I were to come back I would definitely use this apartment again. Thank you.

Minor points only. We couldn't turn down the heat on the shower. The blinds were quite tricky to pull up and down, the balcony door was very stiff to lock as requested although it was unlocked on arrival and one of the sofa arm rests was quite dirty. We only offer these as pointers for the owners rather than any reason not to book as overall a great apartment.

Very clean, well furnished apartment with great balcony to relax on watch the world go by.

The apartment was in a great location. Myself and a colleague were working in Newport only 15 mins walk from the apartment. The wide path running along side the river made it very convenient to go for a long run after work. We had planned to stay for a few weeks but our work plans changed unexpectedly and so we only got to stay in the apartment for 3 nights. However, they were a very relaxing 3 days especially because the weather was so good and allowed us to soak up the rays on the balcony overlooking the water. This will be the first place I look to book if I’m ever in the area in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed at this particular apartment, spotlessly clean and tidy and in a superb location, we have also booked 5 days for August as we love it.

There is nothing I don't like about the apartment or place, my compliments to all.

I have stayed in a few airbnbs and this is by far the most least stocked. No kitchen towels, no washing liquid, no scissors, very less pans ..

Nice flat and comfort

Very difficult to find and get I to the property. Google maps had not heard of the post code., when we finally found our building, the parking was next to another building so we thought we were at the wrong space.but it was correct t but at a the next building. Then the keys were very difficult, a neighbour helped us get in. The pick up from the shop was not a problem.would have liked a phone number to call. Only had that once in the property.

Good communication from hosts. Apartment is really well decorated and has everything needed. Good location near to Rodney Parade / Bars and restaurants.

Even better if later check-out (an extra hour) and ability to access parking earlier (although multi story at end of road is only £5 for 24 hours).

Riverside luxury apartment.

Many years since I been to Newport and was a great visit to a place with many changes. The apartment was superb, very clean with great view from balcony and excellent value for money. 100% will book again.

Great location..Very comfortable bed. Nice balcony to sit, overlooking the river. Generally very comfortable apartment .

Nothing serious,just a few little niggles.Kitchen could do with a decent sharp bread knife, and a non stick scourer for washing dishes. A hook on the bathroom door would be useful .

Leuk appartement

Uitzicht op de rivier, eigen parkeerplaats.Genoeg ruimte, balkon, fijn bed. Sleutel moet je ophalen in een 24/7 winkel in de buurt, je kunt hier bijna niet parkeren, beter is om de auto bij het appartement te parkeren en lopend naar de winkel te gaan om de sleutel op te halen, is een wandeling van 5 minuten.

Keuken is beperkt ingericht, maar goed genoeg om zelf te koken en te eten, helaas geen afwasmiddel om af te wassen. Barkrukken zijn te hoog om aan het keukenblad te eten, wij hebben de balkonstoeltjes met de salontafel hiervoor gebruikt, dat gaat prima. Douchen is in een badkuip staan, deze is glad, let op met uitglijden.
