Hugely dissappointng. Called Propertri to complain but they just gave us a bathroom mirror.

The location was good and the apartment was spacious. We like the fact that there were facilities that you would have at home. For example, the microwave, cooker, washing machine and hoover. We were impressed with the facilities which caused us to make the booking.

I'm afraid the list is rather long. Our first impression when we saw the property was 'great'! However, upon further inspection the apartment was filthy. It looks like it hadn't been cleaned for years! The sofa in the living room had cigarette butts and stale peanuts under the cushions. The glass dinner table was dirty The mirrors in the bedrooms were full of dust Some of the utensils had food on them. Rusty frying pan There was one cereal bowl in the cupboard. We are a family of four. We had to have our breakfast one at a time. The bedroom light shade had cobwebs. The carpets were filthy. Previous visitor's makeup left on the rug. The vacuum cleaner was full. When we used it, the smell was polluting the air as well. It wasn't picking up properly because it was full. No mirror in the bathroom at first. They brought a mirror in after we requested it.

Ok for a base camp

The closeness to the city centre and the transport links to Cardiff . The property itself was very near local shops and takeaways

The bathroom sink was very very small and quite difficult to wash your hands and face in, no bathroom mirror , so unable to have a wet Shave in there although there was a 3)4 length mirror at the side of bedroom wardrobe you could use but is quite difficult if like me you are quite tall, also as the property is in a main road sadly you can here the constant drone of traffic due to the upper parts of the windows not closing securely.

nightmare

nothing at all

the property was not cleaned, the bin was overflowing with rotten food and flies, the towels were dirty and had hairs on them. the toilet had stains. the place was an absolute disgrace and not fit for a dog. the property below which is run by the same company had a group of young people partying to 4:30 so I didn’t sleep.

Good

I liked that the apartment is spacious, located near restaurants. The beds are comfortable. The living room has a big nice table. The hosts helped right away when I had an issue with the heater and it was fixed rapidly.

The issue was that the other people who were staying in the below apartment were easily heard whenever they talk. the floors and the walls are so thin that I was able to hear everything they were saying even in the middle of the night. And sometimes some of the people who checked in were extremely inappropriate and loud which affected some of my sleep. However, when the below apartment is empty, the stay would be good. So it all depends whether the below apartment has guests in it or not.

A little home away from home

The property is immaculate, exceptionally well presented and incredibly comfortable. The facilities were superb - it is like a little home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend highly enough!

Great stay

Clean and comfortable property as advertised, everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of fast food outlets nearby, parking on road outside.

Sent wrong key code so had to ring landlord they phoned back with the correct one. The road can get busy.

Enjoyable stay

Very well presented, clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely go back again.

There was no bathroom mirror and I found the sink too small, every time I washed I got water everywhere.
