Beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse Terrazas Del Duque

The apartment was spacious with a large roof terrace. We could access the pool really easily from the terrace. The location was a short walk to Del Duque beach and Fanabe beach. There are plenty of shops close by. Overall, a fantastic apartment!

The air-conditioning in the second room stopped working, but I think this was just coincidental for our stay.

Location near shop's & restaurants. The apartment building is spotless & the apartment itself.

Apartment was lacking for the money any extras like a welcome pack, extra pillow's in the 2nd bedroom, no headboards on the beds. The spiral stairs to the upper patio not easy as 1 of our party was elderly. The representative did not answer our messages on the last day with regards to the key's or help with booking a taxi to the airport which has never happened before as we have stayed mary times in different apartments in this building & the representative were always helpful.

The apartment was fabulous in the lovely very private Terrazas Del Duque . We were met by the host Maria, who was very nice and nothing was too much trouble and very quick to respond to any questions . Maria took time to show us around the lovely apartment and advice on the surrounding areas. The 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment is very well equipped with everything you need and spotlessly clean for your stay. There is a living room with a very large tv, very well equipped kitchen and utility room , then you go out to a quirky little outside patio and walk along to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The view from the master bedroom is fabulous and then the roof terrace, amazing , you access this via the spiral staircase , the views are even better, but maybe a struggle for some. The roof terrace is very large with lovely sunbeds, chairs , and a table with 6 chairs and a canopy if you needed a shaded area , also a very large extendable parasol. The gate on the terrace takes you straight to the communal pool , which is ideal. The area is excellent so close to all amenities , shops , bars and restaurants and playa del duque beach . Highly recommend this apartment and hopefully we will return .
